" SIP : A Marvellous Journey from Thousands To Crores "

SIP (Systematic Investment Plan)

· Suppose you are investing in one Mutual Fund Scheme in SIP form as per following detail....
Monthly Investment Amount = Rs.2000/-
Investment Period = 30 Years
Let, expected Amount of annual Return = 14 %

· Now, if we calculate return on investment after 30 years, we will get following results....
Total investment Amount = Rs.720000/-   (7.2 Lakh only)
Expected Maturity Amount = Rs.11114111/- ( 1.1 Crore)
Hence, Total Wealth Gain = Rs.10394111/- (1 Crore)

We can conclude from this example  that SIP is an amazing journey with
unbelievable wealth gain.

2). Which SIP Schemes can you recommend to be suitable to gain wealth minimum 5 crore and preferred time duration ( e.g. 10/15/20 years)?

  2. Regarding SBI mutual fund, you can choose two scheme for SIP for 15 years......
1)SBI bluechip fund , Growth option
    2) SBI magnum multicap fund, Growth option
Your should devide your total SIP of Rs.15000/- (monthly) in this two fund for 15 years.
Annual return of this two fund is about 20%.
If you calculate your return considering average 16% annual return, the result will be like this....
    SIP: 15000
    Duration: 15 year
    Annual Return: 16%
    Invested money: 27 lakh
    Expected maturity amount: 1.1 crore
    Wealth gain: 85.3 lakh
